12 Dec StormWarrriors Manifesto
It is certain everyone will experience some type of storm, but few know what to do when they hit. Storms in nature unfold in three phases: building energy, the storm event, and the aftermath. This is the same pattern for the “storms of life.”. These storms damage families, marriages, relationships and jobs. At any given time, a person is about to enter a storm, in a storm, or emerging from a storm. Sadly, people get hurt by both natural storms and the “storms of life” because they lack the skills to survive them.
Modern science and technology can forecast severe weather weeks in advance. However, science and technology do not offer any help for families in the aftermath of a storm. Even with advance warnings, many suffer great loss and are alone as they try to pick up the pieces of their lives. Victims have little or no information on where to begin the process of restoration or even who to call. Natural storms can take a great toll on lives and property, but personal storms are worse. Some ignore or dismiss the warnings signs of a coming storm. Unfortunately, there is no audible warning sounds before a financial crisis, when a child is about to rebel, when a loved one gets sick, or before a spouse leaves the marriage. This is why the Storm Warriors™ exist.
Storm Warriors™ is an elite weather tracking team. Their skill in search and rescue saves lives. The team has a passion for helping people survive both natural and personal storms. Storm Warriors™ believe that, “people should be safe from every storm.” The core mission is to WARN, ASSIST, and RESTORE families who are in one of the three phases of a storm.
Storm Warriors™ believe:
- People properly trained to identify storms can find their way to safety.
- People that are prepared with strategies and tactical skills can minimize the impact of a storm or even avoid it completely.
- People equipped with the proper knowledge and resources can be empowered to overcome the aftermath of a storm and restore their life.
Storm Warriors™ Values:
2 Corinthians 13:9 For we are glad when we are weak and you are strong. Your restoration is what we pray for.
